MerlArchive is a comprehensive digital platform developed as part of our academic research to streamline the management and access of course materials and student submissions. Designed with usability and efficiency in mind, the system serves as a centralized archive for storing capstone projects, research papers, and other learning outputs, particularly aligned with the curriculum offered at the Universidad de Manila.

The platform aims to enhance the documentation process for both faculty and students by integrating key features such as categorization by curriculum, searchable repositories, and user-friendly dashboards. Through MerlArchive, users can easily retrieve academic materials based on specific programs or keywords, supporting both academic review and future reference.

This study focused on analyzing user needs, identifying gaps in existing systems, and proposing a scalable and maintainable solution. By applying modern web-based application development and integrating advanced technologies—including Artificial Intelligence—MerlArchive represents a significant step toward digital transformation in academic content management at UDM.
